Is it free for candidates?
Yes. Creating a profile, uploading documents and being contacted by employers is free. Optional services such as CV writing are paid.
Who can see my profile?
Only employers we have verified. They see an anonymous card: positions, experience, languages, regions and which documents you hold. Your name, phone and documents are visible only after an employer unlocks your profile.
Is my passport shared?
No. Passport copies are visible only to you and to Crew Limanı for checks; employers never see them.
How do I know who viewed me?
Your profile page lists every company that unlocked your profile, with the date.
How do employers get access?
They register with company documents and wait for our approval. Rejected or suspended companies cannot see the pool.
How do credits work?
One credit unlocks one candidate. Credits are valid for 12 months. Re-opening a candidate you already unlocked is free.
How do I pay?
For now by bank transfer (EFT/SWIFT). After you place an order we send you the details; credits are added once payment arrives. Card payments are coming soon.
Is English required?
English is the working language on cruise ships and in Dubai, so at least basic spoken English is needed. For some roles in Egypt, Russian or German is also preferred.
How can I hide or delete my profile?
Switch "Show my profile in the pool" off on your profile page at any time. To delete your account, contact us on WhatsApp.
